Based on production between 1 Jan 2025 and 31 Dec 2025, expressed in local currency. Production is defined as total commission and overriding received, excluding deductibles (agency cut and GST) and basic income.

Applicants must be registered with LPPEH as a licensed valuer or appraiser or estate agent over the assessment period.
Applicants are required to specify the precise agency from which they derived their commissions and overriding, providing accurate details down to the specific date.
Verifications will be made with respective agencies, and further verification on income may be requested.

Members of Realtors’ Roundtable should be ever mindful of complete compliance with and observance of the General Code of Conduct and Ethics for Registered Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers
Members must not be suspended or revoked at any time within the assessment period.
Any ongoing investigations must be declared and made known to the committee of Realtors’ Roundtable.

An annual membership fee of RM1,500, excluding 8% SST, applies to all members.
